Make a beautiful tulip/elephant/Christmas star stained glass sun catcher in this workshop – no experience required (aged 16+).
Choose your design from pre-cut and ground glass, learn the tiffany technique of copper foiling and soldering to construct your piece to make a stunning artwork.
Some glass cutting will also be covered in this workshop.
All materials, tools and safety equipment will be provided. Please wear ‘studio clothes’ – no open toed shoes or fluffy jumpers. This course is not advisable if pregnant.

This is a full one day introductory course. Learn how to create a beautiful Lantern Terrarium , or a Cube Planter, using traditional copper foiling and soldering skills and assembly techniques.
A pre-cut kit of parts and all other materials and tools are supplied, participants will learn the basics of copper foiling and how to solder each piece together to assemble and complete their chosen design.

For students with some experience of copper foiling and soldering techniques.
The course would be over 3 days and be from a supplied kit of glass parts.
Colours and styles of the lamp to be pre arranged with the tutor.
Students would learn how to assemble the lampshade and to incorporate various pieces of hardware to finish and complete the project .

Learn how to create a colourful leaded light suncatcher using traditional leading skills and techniques.
After selecting a pattern, participants will choose and cut their glass, learn the basics of leading up and how to solder the panels. Chains can be attached for hanging if desired.
